Your Role

You will provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and maximize productivity. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills to work closely with company leadership and contribute to the success of our organization.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening and directing phone calls and emails, and handling inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in preparing and organizing meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging logistics, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and project management efforts, and assist in preparing briefing materials and presentations for executives.
Maintain organized and efficient filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to documents and information.
Coordinate and collaborate with other administrative staff and departments to ensure seamless operations and communication within the organization.
Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably supporting executives or senior management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Previous experience in project management or event coordination is a plus.
