Job Purpose
As the Senior Director, IT Product Strategy, you will manage the portfolio of Enterprise Applications that fuel our organization. You will apply your business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills to tackle large-scale application challenges that directly set the strategy to align to business objectives and impact our bottom line.

You will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to define and execute an integrated enterprise application strategy that supports the organization’s diverse needs.
Responsibilities
Develop and continuously evolve application strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success in response to industry trends, emerging solutions, and evolving business needs.
Drive delivery of enterprise application strategies, including change management for people, processes, and technology.
Collaborate closely with functional owners across business units, technology teams, and product leaders to influence architecture decisions and deliver secure, scalable, and intelligent solutions to address critical business challenges.
Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience leading teams responsible for enterprise application portfolios (CRM, ERP, HRS, etc.) in a large-scale organization.
Expertise in enterprise application governance, ensuring that solutions are resilient, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

The expected base salary range for this position is $199,000-$209,000, however the offered salarymay be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
