SUMMARY: The Program Supervisor (PS) is the on-site supervisor of the Think Together Program conducted on a partnerschool campus. The PS provides oversight of the Program to ensure safe and efficient operations, and functions in accordance with set policies and operational procedures of the Think Together Organization. The PS must ensure high quality academic support and a positive student experience. Responsible to foster positive partner relationships through effective communication both internally and externally while aligning with school day to uphold program satisfaction. The PS is responsible in maintaining attendance and managing student growth data. This role requires an individual who can manage multiple components where role may include program schedules that include, but are not limited to, after school, and non-instructional days.
The PS supervises Think Together Frontline staff who work on site. Ensures all administrative and documentation requirements are met and is the primary contact and liaison between Think Together and students, parents, school administration, and other collaborators. The PS ensures compliance with all the terms of the agreement between Think Together and the school district and manages adherence to program requirements established by the Memorandum of Understanding.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervises successful day-to-day site operations. Ensures that all interactions with internal and external stakeholders operate consistently and ethically within the mission and values of Think Together and align with the four core agreements:
1) Be responsible

3) Be safe and
4) Have fun
• Monitors and assesses the success of the site program including participation levels, quality of services, behaviors, and student achievement for continued quality improvement. PS is responsible for positive student experience.
• PS is responsible for reinforcing training and coaching for program staff to understand all routines, procedures, and tutoring strategies. Effectively supervises the site program team on tutoring practices for student academic growth and engagement. Provides ongoing coaching to all tutor staff.
• PS ensures a safe and healthy environment for students and staff daily.
Demonstrates a positive work environment and team ethic. PS works to ensure implementation of all safety guidelines per Think Together/district policies and procedures. PS is responsible for reporting all incidents.
• Interviews, recommends, supervises, reinforces training, disciplines, and provides termination recommendations for Think Together Tutor site staff. Follows human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains accurate, complete, and timely records of all student enrollment and daily attendance following all data and attendance policies. Ensures accuracy of data entry, attendance monitoring and confidentiality of student records, maintaining accurate program records and follows operational reporting procedures.
• Maintains a high-level of confidentiality and will not disclose any sensitive information or content related to student academics.
• Ability to meet metrics and deliverables to ensure successful student growth and goal achievement.
• Meets regularly and communicates with school principal and faculty to collaborate and align on academic goals and initiatives. Regularly, keeps school administrators, school staff and parents informed on student progress.
• Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders. Foster effective working relationships with all stakeholders and attend school meetings as required for partnership and alignment with school day.
• Creates and thrives on open communication between team members and stakeholders for continued self-improvement and skill development.
• Maintains and ensures the accurate timekeeping for funding allocation accuracy as well as approval of all timecards by deadlines for their direct reports, according to Pay Practice policies.
• Attends PS meetings in-person and/or virtually, and other meetings and training, as requested.
• Manages and meets all deadlines established and as assigned.

• Performs other related duties as assigned. (including but not limited to, stepping in to perform Tutor responsibilities as needed).
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• Combination of education and experience related to position, with increasing responsibility, which may include however, not limited to:
o 1-2 years of experience working in education/youth programs o At least l+ year in a supervisory position is required and 2+ years highly preferred
• Previous classroom experience required. Must meet the minimum qualifications set by the partner district fora classroom instructional aide.
• Strong ability to communicate with students, parents, school staff and faculty both verbally and in writing.
Bilingual / Bi-cultural (Spanish) may apply in some districts.
• Excellent program management skills, including demonstrated record of completing tasks on time.
• CPR/First Aid certified or ability to obtain within first 60 days of hire.
• Satisfactory TB skin test.
• Passing background check (DOJ & FBI)
