For over 20 years we have revolutionized the way that organizations all over the world charge, secure, and deploy their devices – selling our charging carts, smart locker and charging station solutions through Apple, Dell, CDW, and other strategic partners. We are looking to hire an Account Executive to manage one of our K-12 territories, focused on selling our smart locker solutions.

They have experience in understanding customer needs and aligning the LocknCharge solution portfolio to the customers’ goals. This person has an inner drive that keeps them pushing even when things get challenging and can juggle multiple internal and external clients’ needs with ease. They are driven and accelerate growth within the business in terms of both sales and awareness. The ideal candidate also loves to have fun, laugh, and wants to build something bigger than themselves. This is a great mid-level sales role within our organization.
The daily activities this role will be responsible for are:
- Generate inbound and outbound opportunities within your territory through relationships with resellers and end-users.
- Achieve acquisition metrics for defined Territory, overcome objections and ability to build and grow a strong pipeline.
- Generate demand and qualified leads within assigned opportunities by using phone, email, trade shows, on sites, etc.
- Conduct discovery and demo calls, video demos/presentations leveraging company sales methodologies.
- Negotiate opportunities through negotiating skills and proactive follow up.
- Maintain expert knowledge on the LocknCharge product line.
- Fully leverage Gong to optimize your sales processes and actively seek coaching from supervisors to continually improve on skills.
- Work with marketing to identify and select marketing opportunities to drive awareness and demand within assigned opportunities.
- Maintain positive relationships with local reseller reps within opportunities, including the management of deal registration or discount approvals.
- Attend multiple end-user trade shows and partner hosted events to drive brand awareness, actively networking at the events.
- Collaborate with Channel Manager and other Account Executives to build brand awareness and brand preference for LocknCharge.
- Use Salesforce.com to efficiently record and maintain records, staying up to date on all assigned dashboards.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Success will be measured by:
- Achieving or exceeding desired activity metrics for calls, tradeshows, on-site reseller and end user visits and others as assigned.
- Achieving or exceeding targeted sell through and customer acquisition metrics.
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales
- 2+ years working directly with IT hardware or SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to build awareness and drive revenue.
- A passion for achieving and exceeding sales metrics.
- Positive attitude and fierce inner drive to succeed, love challenging status quo and finding new creative ways to accomplish goals
- Easily connect with audiences, using past experiences and stories to relate

- Demonstrated ability to juggle competing internal and external requests
- Willingness to pitch in where needed to make the organization successful

Salary Range- OTE $200,000-$250,000 based on experience.
