What you'll do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and analyze training needs across diverse professions and roles.
- Design innovative, high-impact training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Create and oversee e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars tailored to employee needs.
- Ensure programs are current, engaging, and in line with industry trends.
- Design and implement learning initiatives to build leadership capabilities and enhance employee growth.
- Lead performance management efforts, including goal-setting and providing actionable feedback.
- Manage succession planning by identifying and cultivating high-potential talent.
- Partner with department leaders and senior management to align learning strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate on acquisition integrations and workforce planning efforts.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness.
- Analyze data to drive continuous improvement in learning and development programs.
- Oversee the L&D budget and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and facilitate employee certifications.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 7-10 years of experience in learning and development, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven success in designing and implementing impactful training programs.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- Analytical mindset to interpret complex data and identify trends for decision-making.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and survey instruments (e.g., Qualtrics).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Expertise in managing budgets and negotiating contracts.
- Strategic thinker who aligns learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Innovative and adaptable, with a passion for fostering employee development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
