We are seeking a highly proactive and innovative Marketing Analyst to join our team and elevate our analytics program. In this role, you will provide actionable insights and data-driven decision support while taking the initiative to optimize and automate processes. You will also expand the types of analytics delivered and help educate end users to improve overall data literacy. The ideal candidate is excited to work cross-functionally, build scalable solutions, and continuously enhance the sophistication of our marketing analytics.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Drive Amplify’s financial successes by owning and analyzing marketing data to uncover new insights, trends, and opportunities. Develop automated reports and dashboards to track key KPIs such as campaign performance, lead conversion effectiveness, and pipeline conversion rates. Regularly present insights to marketing leadership to guide strategy.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the performance marketing team to provide in-depth analysis of multi-channel campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Marketing Data Model Improvement: Own and continuously improve marketing data models and pipelines to enhance data accessibility and accuracy for reporting and analysis.
- Pipeline & Conversion Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of the marketing funnel and pipeline, identifying bottlenecks and recommending strategies to improve conversion rates.
- User Education: Proactively educate and empower team members by delivering training on how to effectively use data, dashboards, and reporting tools to drive decisions and formulate strategy.
- Expansion of Analytics Capabilities: Drive the expansion of the analytics program by introducing new types of analysis, improving data accessibility, and increasing speed to insight.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering analyses that drive better decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear projects that can be addressed through data analysis and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
- Fluency in SQL for querying databases, optimizing data models, and supporting data analysis tasks.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a solid understanding of how to leverage the underlying data models for reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with marketing performance metrics, especially in a B2B environment.
- Experience managing and optimizing spend for paid online channels (paid social, search ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in data management and reporting.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects within a larger data organization.
What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
