Kiddom, a leading educational technology company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving top-of-funnel lead generation while also possessing the skills and expertise to nurture customer loyalty and support expansion and upsell opportunities. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will support the work of our Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to amplify our brand awareness and interest in the K-12 market. Experience in the K-12 education field is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to rapidly increase top-of-funnel leads through paid search, email campaigns, paid digital, etc.
- Identify, evaluate, and optimize various acquisition channels to maximize lead generation and cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with Sales to monitor sales funnel conversions and optimize processes.
- Routinely utilize A/B testing to ensure programs are always improving
- Utilize data-driven insights to analyze the performance of various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Measure the success and effectiveness of growth marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling messaging at the national, state, and local levels. Develop landing pages and promotional content to attract and engage prospects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the K-12 education industry and digital marketing landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in growth marketing and lead generation, preferably in the K-12 education sector.
- Expertise in Hubspot, SalesForce, Google Ads, and Paid Social channels.
- Strong writing skills with demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with internal teams and external partners.
$80,000 - $140,000 a year
Salary range is dependent on geography, past experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
