We’re looking for a passionate product manager to deliver quality features for administering and managing Lucid’s visual collaboration suite of products. You’ll join a dynamic group of engineers, PMs, UX designers, and QA specialists that work on everything from advanced security and administration tools, document governance at scale, integrations with third party DLP and CASB providers, and the overall configuration and management of Lucid’s secure suite of products. In this role you will work with account admins, their companies’ employees, and internal Lucid teams to enable successful implementation and administration of each product. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with UX, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success Managers, and other Product teams
- Become an expert in our customers, their motivations, goals, and needs.
- Deliver on key business outcomes measured by top level business metrics
- Deliver seamless experiences to our most important customers.
- Own product features and/or themes through their creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and validate them before development
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure an excellent user experience in our product
- Work with engineers to help guide feature development
- Effectively leveraging metrics to understand usage patterns and the effectiveness of features using quantitative analysis to find opportunities for optimization
- Effectively plan and prioritize work across multiple projects, and communicate priority to relevant stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in product management at great software product companies
- Track record of improving core business and product metrics, especially in B2B SaaS environments
- Ability to de-risk: can be creative and come up with ways to validate hypotheses quickly
- Ability to talk with anyone from engineers to enterprise sales reps, solution engineers, executive-level customers, internal stakeholders, admins, and end users, each in their own language
- Understand how to create simple and intuitive user experiences
- Excellent working relationship with engineering and UX
- Proven ability to take feedback and learn fast
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong eye for polish, design, and brand within a product
- Experience with security-centric solutions within the Software as a Service (SaaS) domain
- Experience working with SaaS tools administrators
- Knowledge of regulatory or compliance needs of large companies
