Compensation: $24 - $27 / Hourly

Our ideal candidate will provide clerical and organizational support to a sales team by managing customer data, sales quoting, tracking orders, processing paperwork, and compiling sales reports, often acting as the primary point of contact for Account Executive inquiries and requests related to sales quoting.
The daily activities this role will be responsible for are:
- Customer database management: Maintaining accurate customer information in the CRM system, including contact details, purchase history, and special requirements.
- Sales reporting: Compiling and analyzing sales data to generate reports on performance metrics like sales volume, conversion rates, and customer trends.
- Sales support: Answering sales representatives’ inquiries regarding orders, pricing, product availability, and delivery status.
- Quote generation: Preparing sales quotes based on customer needs and product specifications
- Contract administration: Reviewing and managing sales contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
- Communication with sales team: attend sales meetings, provide reporting and real-time quoting information to sales.
- Data entry: Entering sales data into the CRM system to maintain accurate records
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Required skills for a sales administrator:
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent communication skills: Clear and concise communication both verbally and in writing to interact with customers and sales team
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) software: Familiarity with customer relationship management systems to manage customer data and sales pipelines
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency: Expertise in Excel, Word, and Outlook for data analysis and report generation
- Attention to detail: Ability to identify and correct errors in data entry
- Problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving customer issues related to purchase orders
Requirements:
- Associate degree or two years of sales administration experience.
