The Learning Delivery Specialist at ATD is responsible for managing the online production and technical delivery of live education sessions while providing support to facilitators and troubleshooting participant technology challenges.

Responsibilities: Manage the online production and technical delivery of live education sessions, assist facilitators, troubleshoot technical issues, and execute logistical technology tasks.

Skills: 1-3 years' experience in virtual classroom environments (preferably WebEx, Zoom, or Adobe Connect), strong Microsoft Excel skills, effective communication, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in technology tools.

Qualifications: Preferred experience includes customer-facing roles and confidence in engaging with facilitators and participants to enhance learning experiences.

Location: This position is based in Alexandria, Virginia, and is hybrid, requiring in-office time.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $55,000 - $75,000.

ATD’s Education Team executes the delivery of 500+ open enrollment courses annually. We work to provide exceptional, impactful, industry-leading learning experiences for our attendees. In addition, our team serves as the liaison to 120+ course instructors around the globe, training room facilities, and countless partners who share in our success.

This Role…

We are currently looking for adynamic, detail-orientedLearning Delivery Specialistto join our growing Education business line. This positionmanages theonline production andtechnical delivery of a live Education session, assisting the facilitator with interaction and moderation. They provide detailed instructions to participants on using availabletools andcan troubleshoot technical issues that may arise.The role provides a unique opportunity to be on the front lines of helping individuals and organizations achieve success through high-quality learning experiences.

Executing on a detailed list of logistical technology tasks associated with Education learning platform

WhatYouBringToThisRole…

1-3 years’ related experiencenavigatingand supportingthe virtual classroom in WebEx (Zoom and Adobe Connect are also desirable)
Capability to support facilitatorsandcreate successful learning experiences including troubleshooting participant technology challenges.
Abilityto juggle multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to build effective external relationships.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel,Airtable,and other technology tools.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Ability tothrive in a fast-paced and cross-functional work environment.
Confidence to engage with the facilitator and participants to minimize technical issues and maximize engagement.

The Education team is a 29-person team responsible for developing, delivering, and managing professional development programs for the talent development field.
Our programs are available in a variety of ways, including in-person open enrollment, live online, on-demand e-learning, on-site at client organizations, and globally through channel partners in select regions.
We partner with over 130 facilitators who are the leading experts in talent development.

The Association for Talent Development is a hybrid organization headquartered in Alexandria, VA. *Please note this is a Hybrid position. In-office time is required.*
