Product Data Specialist

Join our team as a Product Data Specialist and play an integral part in the creation and maintenance of product master data. As a subject matter expert, you will work with cross functional teams to ensure the product data meets the needs of all internal and external stakeholders. The Product Data Specialist will leverage product data to produce reports, create actionable insights and ensure decisions involving products are accurately informed.

As a Product Data Specialist at Big Ideas Learning You Will:

• Create, update and maintain accurate Product data in Salesforce.

• Create, update and maintain accurate Bill of Material data in Salesforce.

• Create, update and maintain accurate Opportunity master data in Salesforce and Power BI.

• Create, update and maintain processes surrounding Product master data.

• Work with internal teams to understand consumer needs and Product configurations.

• Work with external teams meet Product needs and ensure data is accurate across platforms.

• Create, update and maintain up to date Product reports and share as needed.

• Analyze Product data as needed to provide insights and expedite decision making.

• Ensure product is part of national registry.

• Communicate with internal & external teams across multiple channels to meet business needs.

• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously while meeting business needs.

A Qualified Candidate Will Have:

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred

• Strong understanding of Master Data concepts and best practice

• Experience with Salesforce and Power BI preferred

• Product Master Data experience preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 required

• Expert troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team

• Ability to evaluate, build, and improve processes

• Effective communicator, collaborator, and strategic thinker
