Position Summary
The sales training & enablement Sr. Associate is responsible for supporting sales training and enablement efforts, with more ownership over defining and running enablement initiatives. This role will work closely with sales/sales leadership, marketing, and operations to ensure cross-departmental alignment. The successful candidate will be highly organized and coachable, with experience executing similar projects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Tracking and analysis of courseware and sales enablement content usage with both regular and ad-hoc reporting responsibilities.
- Administration of sales enablement technologies & tools
- Evaluation & revision of training materials and technologies ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant
- Knowledge of and ability to train others on Sales Enablement tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Apollo, LinkedIn business tools
- Supports the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss.
- Supports frontline sales managers and sales leadership team in executing effective management disciplines and establishing a sales coaching program.
- Supports Contract Team administratively and has experience in contract reviews.
- Creation of responsible use policies and SOPs in relation to sales training & enablement tools & practices; coordinate and execute rollout of said policies/tools
- Supports internal lead referral program, which includes tracking and management of revenue share, incentives, and opportunity progress
- Some training content creation and administrative tasks in support of account strategy, training, and enablement initiatives
- LMS administration
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability
- Knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices.
- Knowledge of sales training best practices (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation).
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- For example: Xlookup, Vlookup, Index-Match, basic array functions
- Strategic Account Management knowledge and experience
- General knowledge of sales management best practices, including pipeline management and developmental sales coaching.
- Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
- Ability to plan and facilitate meetings.
- Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.

Background, Experience, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, ideally with a business focus. However, more weight is given to a demonstrated history of impacting and driving business outcomes.
- 1-2 years of direct experience in sales enablement and/or sales training required.
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales and or account management preferred
- May accept less experience with verifiable proof of delivering business outcomes (increased velocity, increased win rates, decreased rep ramp-up time, improving sales force performance).
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with high drive to produce results

For this role specifically, the salary range is between $60,000/year and $65,000/year, where the difference in salary is typically determined by several factors, including geography in which the selected candidate resides, and alignment with qualifications and experience.
