Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $60,000 - $85,000.

Job Summary:

The Admission Manager oversees the Admission Advisors’ daily work and performance as well as engages in direct sales and student recruitment to meet LanguageBird’s enrollment goals. Additionally, the Admission Manager helps to lead events for prospective and current customers and builds relationships with parents and students, working with other leaders in the school and established contacts to maintain a robust sales cycle. This role supports Admissions team members by providing strategic guidance, resources, and training to enhance their recruitment efforts and ensure exceptional customer engagement. This position requires experience with HubSpot, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to monitor and analyze data and creatively problem-solve.

Key Job Responsibilities:

· Hire, train, and manage Admission Advisors to deliver high-quality sales results.

· Serve as a leader within the organization, leading the vision and strategy for sales across the organization.

· Engage with customers and enroll students into LanguageBird programs.

· Actively manage B2C records in HubSpot to allow for easy and up-to-date access to information regarding outreach efforts and all professional activity.

· Serve as brand ambassador and elevate brand awareness.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, education, or equivalent work experience required.

· Must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States.

· Experience in sales, admissions, customer success, or educational outreach required.

· Management experience, minimum 1 year.

· HubSpot (CRM) experience strongly preferred.

· Willingness to work non-traditional hours including evenings/weekends for meetings and events.

· Passionate about education and language learning.

· Bilingual and/or experience with language programs a plus.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

· Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects.

· Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and improve processes.

· Commitment to constant self-improvement and professional development.

· Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.

· Must be able to travel by air or motor vehicle to conferences, trainings, and meetings as needed/required.
