Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $120,000 - $180,000.
Paragon Cyber Solutions is seeking a strategic, self-driven Director of Administration & Finance to strengthen leadership, structure, and accountability across our internal business functions. This role will play a critical part in driving operational excellence and scalable growth as we continue expanding. The Director reports directly to the CEO and serves as a core member of the executive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and evolve internal business functions (HR, compliance, administration, and finance coordination).
- Implement cross-functional systems, SOPs, and performance standards to drive operational excellence.
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, policy development, employee engagement, and compliance audits.
- Manage financial reporting, invoicing, utilization tracking, and cost control in coordination with accounting partners.
- Spearhead internal compliance programs and efficiency frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, EOS), including readiness, documentation, and audit preparation.
- Identify and implement process improvements across internal support functions to increase scalability and efficiency.
- Directly manage corporate staff, providing coaching, feedback, and performance development.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and executive reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO—supporting internal planning, managing special projects (e.g., audits, certifications, vendor evaluations), and driving execution across functions.
- Act as integrator across business units, ensuring departmental execution aligns with company goals and strategic priorities.
- Performs additional leadership responsibilities aligned with company growth and strategic objectives as determined by the CEO.
Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, administration, HR, and finance - preferably within GovCon or high-growth businesses.
- Proven success managing multi-functional teams and scaling back-office operations.
- Demonstrated ability to implement systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, Unanet, EOS) to streamline internal operations.
- Familiarity with ISO frameworks, FAR/DFARS, and GAAP preferred.
- Program and contract management experience a plus.
