Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $95,000.
We are looking for a Product Manager who will help drive the GoFan user experience for the organization. They will be responsible for owning and executing initiatives that improve our customer-facing websites and applications, including GoFan.co and its respective applications. This role will work closely with Product and Engineering Teams as well as other internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute new product enhancements and features.
As part of the Product Management Team, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside an extremely passionate and supportive team focused on building market-leading, innovative solutions. We follow an Agile process to iteratively drive important business outcomes.
IN THIS ROLE YOU CAN EXPECT TO ..
- Translating customer and internal user needs into clear, well-defined functional and technical requirements backed by data analysis and market research
- Create solutions that drive streaming subscriptions and support ancillary revenue models
- Owning delivery of product features and releases
- Documenting and communicating objectives, requirements, and constraints for product features and releases
- Partnering with stakeholders and ensuring coordination with internal and external teams
- Collaborating with engineers and designers to improve the service and product
- Communicating development status and driving development against milestones
TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE THESE ARE THE TALENTS YOU BRING ..
- 2+ years product management and/or project management experience
- 1+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with various functional areas within the organization
- Appetite to learn about product delivery and strategy, and an eagerness to grow within the field of product management
- Be able to work independently, anticipating and resolving problems
- Has experience working in an Agile environment
- Self-motivated and dedicated with proven creative/critical thinking capabilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Possess strong decision-making and prioritization skills
- Experience with payments, e-commerce or similar industry experience is a plus
