About the role

HackerRank is hiring an Executive Assistant to support our co-founder/CEO, Vivek Ravisankar, and increase his leverage by 100x.

What you’ll do

Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and priorities to keep focus on what matters most.
Partner with the CEO and e-team to drive key projects to completion.
Plan and run company-wide rituals like all-hands and offsites.
Support daily operations at the Santa Clara office and keep things running smoothly.

Proactive anticipation: Ability to foresee needs, potential risks, and act accordingly.
