CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
* Eligibility for Pennsylvania SLP provisional license and Department of Education teaching certification
* Strong interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and ability to work collaboratively in school teams.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and formal assessments for K-12 students.
* Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals and tailored treatment regimens.
* Provide direct and consultative student therapy in both group and individual formats.
* Document student progress, prepare periodic reports, and adjust goals as needed.
* Collaborate actively with teachers, school support staff, and families to support student outcomes.
