As our Business Finance Senior Manager, you’ll be a strategic partner to Revenue Operations and executive leadership, driving pricing strategy, top-line metric ownership, and performance analytics that fuel growth and innovation. You’ll deliver insights that optimize revenue outcomes, strengthen renewal planning, and lead forecasting and strategic planning initiatives—making a direct impact on our business trajectory.
In this role you will:
- Champion ownership of top-line financial metrics, including bookings, billings, and ARR, and deliver performance analytics that drive executive-level decisions.
- Lead the evolution of annual budgeting and forecasting models, integrating business drivers, market trends, and renewal analytics to support strategic growth.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that influence go-to-market strategy, customer segmentation, and product monetization.
- Drive continuous improvement by modernizing financial processes through automation, AI, and advanced analytics, leveraging tools like Power BI.
- Serve as a senior finance partner to Revenue Operations, influencing pricing, discounting, and performance metrics across teams.
- Prepare executive-level reporting and investor communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic relevance.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, mentoring others and modeling adaptability through change.
Who You Are
- You are a proven leader in pricing strategy, top-line metric ownership, and performance analytics across bookings, billings, ARR, and SaaS KPIs.
- You have deep expertise in SaaS financial metrics, unit economics, and renewal performance analysis.
- You are highly skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, integrating business drivers and market trends into strategic planning.
- You have a strong track record of cross-functional influence and stakeholder management, partnering with Revenue Operations and executive leadership.
- You have earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is preferred.
- You bring 8+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in SaaS or technology environments.
- You are highly proficient in Excel and financial planning tools such as NetSuite Planning, Hyperion, and Power BI.
- You possess strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to drive outcomes independently.
- You manage and oversee complex projects, leveraging specialized knowledge to drive success and mentor others.
- You lead through change, modeling adaptability and supporting your team in trying new approaches.
- You are a dependable role model who gets things done and leads efforts to improve systems and processes across teams.
- You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
