This role is responsible for all mail and shipping for KnowBe4 HQ as well as developing and managing the processes for shipping to and from our international regions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and mail.
- Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming deliveries, mail, and interoffice correspondence across departments.
- Process and prepare outgoing mail and parcels, selecting the most cost-effective and efficient shipping options.
- Maintain and track inventory of shipping supplies and materials, ensuring stock accuracy and availability.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for shipping, receiving, and mailroom processes globally.
- Coordinate with Finance (FP&A) and department leaders to correctly allocate and track shipping spend monthly.
- Collaborate with Procurement to manage and maintain corporate shipping accounts with UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
- Provide logistical support for internal office moves, onboarding/offboarding employees, and special company events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors such as UPS, USPS, FedEx.
Requirements:
- Minimum High School diploma
- Minimum 2 years experience in a corporate mailroom as an individual contributor.
- Thorough understanding of US and International postal regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work
- Ability to use or learn to use mailroom equipment or software
- Experience with global shipping
