Envision by WorldStrides is seeking summer employees for leadership, academic, and support roles to empower students through career-focused programs in a collaborative environment. This opportunity allows individuals to positively impact students' lives while developing essential skills.
Responsibilities: Successful candidates will co-lead programs, interact with diverse groups, and complete mandatory training, ensuring a positive educational experience.
Skills: Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, and expertise in relevant program topics, and enjoy working with youth.
Qualifications: Candidates should have at least two years of collegiate work or relevant certification and must be eligible to work in the USA.
Location: Job is located in the United States with candidates required to reside at the program site.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $12 - $25.

Compensation & Benefits
- Work with like-minded professionals, passionate about helping every student realize their career and life aspirations
- Accredited pre-program training on curriculum, instructional methodologies, operational excellence, and student safety
- Continuing Education Unit (CEU) Certificates are provided for eligible staff that meet the requirements such as completion of training requirements, completed practicum hours and a completed performance evaluation. More information to be provided
- Compensation plus housing (where required), meals during your designated shift, and travel
Successful Candidates
- Are positive, flexible, and have the ability to work extended days and hours
- Able to interact successfully with a diverse population
- Are comfortable residing at the program site
- Are team players
- Complete a mandatory training program prior to working first session
- Pass a mandatory background check
- Are eligible to work in the United States
- Are experienced with and enjoy working with groups of youth
- Possess subject matter expertise (certification, at least two years of collegiate work, degrees, etc.) within relevant program topics
- Able to successfully co-lead program and work with other on-site leadership positively and productively (leads only)
