Where you will make an impact
- Support the planning and execution of Ellucian Live, including venue research, vendor coordination, and logistics.
- Assist with managing timelines, checklists, and documentation to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Engage in on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and attendee engagement.
- Contribute to post-event analysis and reporting to help shape future event strategies.
- Help maintain inventory and organize event materials and equipment.
What you will bring
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Salesforce, or Marketo is a plus.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for creating memorable event experiences.
