Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting accurate and timely delivery of customer orders including receiving and processing incoming inventory and other materials, picking, packing and shipping customer orders, and supporting inventory management and cycle counting.
Essential Responsibilities:
The following essential functions represent the primary work performed; however, other responsibilities could be expected that are not detailed here but fall within the scope of this role.
- Responsible for the accurate receiving and processing Purchase Orders (POs), Service Request Orders (SROs), Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) items (including pairing), repaired devices, and transfers; as well as picking, inventory management, replenishment, and shipping
- Effectively and efficiently work within a team to achieve dependability and successful KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Perform assigned daily cycle counts of inventory, ensuring adequate inventory of materials and parts to support internal and external customer requirements
Minimum Skills, Abilities, and Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, inventory management, stocking or another related warehouse or inventory role
- Detail oriented and ability to accurately enter data and other information relevant to manage inventory
- Creative, and results oriented mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with others
- Curiosity to identify and solve issues and contribute toward process improvement
- Self-directed work style, able to work autonomously, prioritize and deliver results
Technology and Systems:
- ERP System (preferably Infor CSI)
- Inventory Management Systems (preferably Pacejet)
- Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
