Your Role
We’re looking for a Campaigns & Partnerships Co-ordinator who will be responsible for developing seasonal campaigns and offers for our semi-pro and amateur football audiences. This role includes identifying, promoting, and executing both industry and Hudl-owned events, and identifying and activating relevant influencers and ambassadors.
As a Campaigns & Partnerships Co-ordinator, you’ll:
- Own campaign execution. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to understand quarterly marketing objectives and KPIs and assist with planning and executing multi-channel campaigns tied to the football calendar. You’ll ensure the positioning is clear, relevant, and engaging.
- Drive awareness and adoption. You will build promotional campaigns that increase awareness, create urgency, and drive product adoption.
- Manage events and partnerships. You’ll identify industry events and develop Hudl-owned digital and in-person events, collaborating with our events team on delivery. You will also identify and activate relevant influencers and ambassadors to help reach a wider audience.
- Collaborate across teams. You’ll work with the Paid Media and Digital Marketing Co-ordinators to amplify seasonal and always-on campaigns through various channels. You will also collaborate with sales and customer success to capture market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform future campaigns.
- Analyse performance. You’ll analyse campaigns based on pre-defined KPIs and report results back to the Marketing Manager.
This role requires 3 days in the office per week, so we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Leeds.
Must-Haves
- Experienced. You have one to three years of marketing experience and experience in setting up and managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Analytical and creative. You have the ability to think both creatively and conceptually, as well as analytically.
- Organisational skills. You have a proven ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks, and deliver high-quality work, sometimes under high pressure, within a dynamic organisation. You are also self-motivated, team-oriented, and pay strong attention to detail.
- Domain interest. You have an interest in the sports industry, specifically semi-pro and amateur football.
- Platform knowledge. You have experience with Hubspot or similar marketing platforms.
Nice-to-Haves
- SaaS experience. Experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment is a plus.
Our Role
- Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time above any required statutory leave, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
- Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
- Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
- Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech you need to do your best work.
- Support your wellbeing. Depending on location, we offer medical and retirement benefits for employees—but no matter where you’re located, we have resources like our Employee Assistance Program and employee resource groups to support your mental health.
