About the Role: Remote Mental Health Therapist (California)

We are looking for associate mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy services to students across California. As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care while collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success.

We are currently working with the following license types: ASW, APC, and AMFT. Supervision is FREE to all associates who meet our caseload requirements.

PSA: If you’ve already completed your required hours—congratulations! 🎉 However, please note that this position is best suited for clinicians who are still actively working toward accruing hours for licensure.

What You’ll Do

Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students within our school district partnerships.
Build trusted relationships with students and their families.
Collaborate closely with school counselors and other providers to support student mental health.
Provide psychoeducation and guidance to parents/caregivers.
Participate in case consultations, team discussions, and ongoing training.
Contribute to the development and refinement of Daybreak Health’s clinical programs.

Excellent Pay: Earn a competitive hourly rate of $45 per session for individual therapy (Ages 10-19) and $55 per session for family therapy (Ages 5-12), with guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows.

Availability for at least 15 hours weekly during peak hours (Monday-Friday, 2-8 PM), with optional weekend hours available (8 AM-5 PM).
