Build and lead the founding sales organization for a product that's redefining talent acquisition. Build predictable pipeline generation machine through disciplined sales methodology Establish key metrics, forecasting models, and performance dashboards Work cross-functionally with Account Executives on enterprise deal strategy Implement sales methodology and process discipline Design onboarding program that builds AI fluency and sales competency Establish QA frameworks for call reviews, demo analysis, and pipeline hygiene Build credibility with technical and business stakeholders through authentic AI expertise 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 2+ years leading high-performing inside sales or SMB teams Proven track record building teams from scratch or scaling teams 3x+ Experience managing $5M+ in team quota with consistent attainment Track record of promoting team members and developing future leaders Ability to coach reps on translating technical concepts into business value Experience selling technical or data-driven products (AI/ML strongly preferred) Experience implementing sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.) Player-coach mentality—you'll close deals alongside your team while building systems Magnetic leadership style that attracts top talent and inspires high performance Direct communicator who gives honest feedback and demands accountability Thrives in ambiguity—you build the plane while flying it Collaborative approach to cross-functional partnership This role requires 3 days per week in our Santa Clara office.
