Partner with product managers to define KPIs, measure product adoption, and identify opportunities for improvement. Own key aspects of the analytics lifecycle: data instrumentation, reporting, and insights generation. Conduct deep-dive analyses including A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and segmentation to uncover user behaviour patterns. Build pipelines and dashboards and reports that communicate insights clearly to product stakeholders. Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Provide actionable recommendations that inform product strategy and improve customer experience. 2-4 years of experience in product or growth analytics. Strong SQL skills; experience with BI/analytics tools such as QuickSight, Tableau or Amplitude. Proven ability to translate data into insights that drive product decisions. Familiarity with SaaS metrics and experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing). Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data storytelling.
