Summary

Lead end-to-end coding data initiatives and technical evaluation programs at Handshake, overseeing the delivery of multi-million ARR-equivalent projects that support AI and platform teams. Coordinate hundreds of software engineering fellows while ensuring high-quality data delivery and operational scalability.

Key Responsibilities: Design and execute coding assessments, manage fellow selection and annotation workflows, create code review rubrics, and ensure quality assurance across technical evaluation processes. Automate QA and reporting through scripting, track delivery metrics, and maintain strong customer relationships while adapting workflows to meet deadlines.

Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node, and SQL with strong coding fundamentals including unit tests, CI/CD, and version control. Exceptional analytical problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management, and entrepreneurial mindset with deep curiosity about AI and LLMs.

Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in technical or analytical roles such as software engineering, data, analytics, or technical product management. Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent, with hands-on coding experience.

Compensation: $136K–$190K/yr
