Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $55,000 - $85,000.

The Role:
The Quality and Process Improvement Analyst is a cross-functional role responsible for execution of Meazure Learning’s compliance program by assessing, investigating, auditing, and documenting actual results against established standards, policies, and procedures. The department for initial focus will be operations but may later include sales, engineering, and product.
The Responsibilities:
- Observe, investigate, and audit processes within a business segment or functional area as directed in alignment with an established project
- Assist in the Proctor Error Report process (PER) and prepare documentation and process quality compliance reports by collecting and summarizing information and trends
- Share knowledge and provide coaching on processes and systems within the team and cross functionally, as needed
- Assistin the identification and documentation of process risks and associated impacts; assist in the development of methods to reduce such risks
- Other relevant projects as needed or assigned
The Desired Attributes:
- Experience with Meazure Learning applications and/or in the Higher Education / Academic industry preferred
- Assertive, with the ability to work well collaborating as part of a team
- Process-oriented with ability to juggle multiple projects with thoroughness and precision, to prioritize and to meet aggressive deadlines
- Comfortable working autonomously with ability to discern the difference between situations that require escalation, those that require immediate attention without escalation, and those that are important but not immediate
- Focused on getting results for the customer and company; resourceful in solving problems and comfortable making decisions
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- High energy, relentless optimism in pursuit of achieving outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft
