Role Snapshot

As Coursedog's first AI Enablement Lead, you will define, operationalize, and scale artificial intelligence adoption across the company to drive measurable business impact and operational excellence. This strategic role sits within the Centralized Operations & Systems team and reports to the SVP of Operations.

Key Responsibilities: Define enterprise AI strategy and multi-year roadmap, oversee design and deployment of AI applications and agents across functions, and build organizational AI fluency through enablement programs and cross-functional collaboration. Track AI adoption metrics, ROI, and emerging technologies while establishing standards for AI integration, security, and governance.

Skills & Tools: Technical fluency in LLM-based systems and data platforms with experience in AI adoption strategies; strong communication and cross-functional leadership abilities to drive organizational change and enable teams at scale.

Qualifications: 4-6 years in a tech or SaaS environment with 2+ years leading AI initiatives and a proven track record in cross-functional team enablement. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Location: United States

Compensation: $130K–$160K/yr
