Summary
Lead a team of ML Educators at Amii to develop and validate world-class AI literacy content while ensuring technical accuracy and impact of educational programs across Canada. This pivotal role drives AI literacy advancement through rigorous content standards and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Establish and enforce technical standards for content development, conduct final technical reviews of all AI literacy materials, and design quality assurance processes for continuous improvement. Lead an internal technical Community of Practice for ML Educators and manage resource allocation and project execution.
Skills & Tools: Expert-level knowledge of machine learning methodologies and frameworks (Python proficiency required), strong technical content management expertise, and excellent communication abilities. Demonstrated capability to lead high-performing teams and foster collaborative learning environments.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science with specialization in Machine Learning plus 3+ years of applied AI experience and team leadership background. Proficiency in Python and various ML frameworks required.
Location: Hybrid in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
