Location: This role is fully remote within the United States.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $120,000 - $180,000.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Director Mobile & Data Integration Services is a senior leader within Finalsite’s Professional Services organization, responsible for delivering data automation and system integration services during client onboarding to Finalsite. In this role, you will partner with the leader of project management to deliver an excellent overall client implementation experience, and you will directly own and define the portion of the technical implementation experience covering complex data and system integrations.
You will be seen as a thought leader in the mobile application, data architecture and system integration space at Finalsite, providing input to the product and sales teams, and partnering with the support team to deliver a delightful client experience before, during and after implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation Excellence
- Define Finalsite’s implementation and data architecture methodology for mobile, data and system integrations, with a focus on consistency, quality, continuous improvement, and client experience.
- Practical experience with Apple App Store and Google Play approval processes, including metadata requirements, privacy disclosures, data usage declarations, build validation, review timelines, and common rejection causes—enabling proactive guidance and reduced launch friction for mobile applications.
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms, website data requirements, and the downstream impact of integrations on content accuracy, performance, and trust.
Technical Acumen
- Achieve a deep understanding of Finalsite products and EdTech Industry 3rd party systems and APIs (SIS, CRM, LMS, data feeds, APIs )
- Experience in data architecture, data security, data automation, ETL and scripting languages, SQL, Python, SFTP, XSL
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms, website data security requirements, and the downstream impact of integrations on content accuracy, performance, and trust
- Expert knowledge of SIS platforms and their SFTP-based export models, including scheduling, file dependencies, incremental vs. full exports, and common failure modes
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work with sales leaders to ensure that sales is trained, enabled, and able to explain the implementation process for data and systems integration, with a specific goal to set accurate client expectations.
- Create documentation and process to allow seamless the transition of clients to CSMs and Support, enabling those teams to handle the vast majority of data and system integration requests and issues.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to design product features, APIs and automation to both improve the client experience and Client Success team efficiency
Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop technical services and mobile applications staff
- Serve as a member of the professional services leadership team, reporting to the VP of Professional Services. Contribute to overall PS team strategy and operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 5–10 years of experience in Professional Services, Implementations, or Technical Delivery within a SaaS or EdTech environment
- Proven experience leading large-scale implementations and integrations for enterprise or mid-market clients
- Strong understanding of system integrations, data migration, APIs, and SaaS architectures
- Demonstrated success leading and scaling high-performing data architecture, integration and mobile application teams
- Excellent communication and client management skills. This is a client facing role.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience with global or distributed teams
- Familiarity with CRM, SIS, CMS, and enrollment or communications platforms
- Background in change management and process transformation
