The Strategic Solutions Delivery Manager will lead the execution of major projects, customize and configure products to meet client needs, and operationalize business strategies. In this role, you will act as the bridge between product development, sales, and operations, ensuring that solutions are tailored, deployed effectively, and maintained to deliver optimal results for our clients. A key focus of this role is operationalizing product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and enabling seamless integration into client environments. You will also play a critical role in defining and streamlining business processes to support the go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Primary/Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major product and/or solutions focused-projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, client expectations, and strategic objectives are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure successful project outcomes.
Product Customization & Configuration
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, customize, and configure solutions that address unique client needs while adhering to company standards and aligning with product strategy.
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of deployed solutions to ensure ongoing performance and client satisfaction.
Business Process Definition
- Analyze client needs and business requirements to define efficient, scalable processes.
- Work closely with internal teams to align processes with the overall product strategy and operational goals.
Operationalizing Product Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Translate product and GTM strategies into actionable operational plans, ensuring seamless execution scalability.
- Identify and resolve gaps between strategy and execution, fostering collaboration across teams to drive measurable outcomes..
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to implement strategies that drive adoption and growth.
Client Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients identified as eligible for customizations, fostering strong partnerships during implementation and throughout the lifecycle of their solutions.
- Provide expertise and guidance for migrations, upgrades, and technical customizations tailored to strategic client needs.
- Address evolving requirements for these clients through proactive communication and close collaboration with internal teams.
- Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing technical support to strategic clients, ensuring a seamless experience and long-term satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement
- Continuously evaluate solutions and processes, gathering feedback from clients and internal teams to drive enhancements that improve delivery, scalability, and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance the client experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years of Project management experience

For full-time positions, Kaplan has three Salary Grades. This position is Salary Grade B: $64,819 to $162,047. The specific compensation offered will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, and market data.
