Data Operations Intern
Overview
The Global Career Accelerator is seeking a detail-oriented, technically capable Part-Time Enrollment Operations Administrator to support a critical stage of our enrollment funnel. This role is responsible for processing and validating student registration files received from university partners and ensuring accurate enrollment data within Salesforce, our system of record.
This position is ideal for someone who can onboard quickly, follow established processes with precision, and is comfortable working with structured data, code-based workflows, and system audits. Accuracy and consistency in this role directly impact student enrollment status, revenue reporting, and downstream operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
Registration File Processing
- Receive raw SIS roster exports from university partners listing students enrolled in Global Career Accelerator courses
- Verify that required data columns are present, complete, and correctly named
- Identify formatting issues, missing data, or inconsistencies prior to processing
Data Ingestion & Validation
- Access and execute predefined code commands via a local code terminal
- Run roster files through a dry run process to identify anomalies, errors, or unexpected outcomes
- Review dry run results and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Execute live ingestion commands once validation checks are complete
- Audit Salesforce records post-ingestion to confirm data accuracy
Enrollment Maintenance
- Process student drops by running removal commands for students no longer registered
- Ensure enrollment statuses in Salesforce reflect the most up-to-date partner data
- Maintain accuracy across the final stage of the enrollment funnel
Cross-Functional Impact
- Ensure student enrollment status is correct for:
- Revenue reporting and forecasting
- Funnel and performance metrics
- Enrollment team visibility
- Student success coaching workflows
- Flag discrepancies or recurring data issues to internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong administrative and operational focus
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfort working with structured data files (CSV/Excel exports)
- Ability to run and interpret code-based commands in a terminal environment (training provided on specific commands)
- Experience validating data before and after system updates
- Ability to follow documented processes consistently and independently
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) or enrollment data
- Prior experience in data operations, enrollment operations, or systems administration
- Comfortable auditing data and identifying anomalies

- At least beginner Data Engineeting and/or Coding experience (YAML, Error resolution, Go, Python Notebooks, Juypterhub Terminal, AWS S3)
- At least beginner AI experience to optimize workflows (Zapier, Notion, Slack, GPT)
- 0 - 2 years of Project, Portfolio, and/or Work Experience demonstrating at least beginner fluency with the tools listed above
- Prior Podium track experience encouraged (Data Analytics, Coding for Data, etc.)
