About the Engagement
We are building a long-term talent bench to support a global, high-tech enterprise client we’ve partnered with for years. This client operates across 15+ divisions and departments, each with unique learning needs, tools, and delivery models. Our teams support a wide range of initiatives—from operational and frontline enablement to leadership, technical, and enterprise-scale learning programs.
This bench will feed into ongoing and upcoming contract engagements, offering learning professionals the opportunity to work on high-visibility, large-scale initiatives while gaining exposure to diverse teams, domains, and challenges within a complex enterprise environment.

- Duration: Short- and long-term engagements, with strong potential for extensions

About the Opportunity
We are actively building a bench of experienced Instructional Designers and Learning Experience Designers to support multiple fast-growing teams across this enterprise environment. While specific assignments may vary by division, all roles require strong learning design fundamentals, comfort working in ambiguity, and the ability to translate complex content into practical, learner-centered experiences.

What You’ll Do
Learning Design & Development
- Design and develop learning solutions across multiple formats, including:
- eLearning
- Instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training (ILT/VILT)
- Blended learning programs
- Job aids and performance support tools
- Translate complex operational, leadership, or technical content into clear, engaging, and actionable learning experiences.
- Build learning from scratch or enhance existing programs based on business needs and learner feedback.
- Apply adult learning principles, learning science, and performance-based design to drive real-world impact.
- Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure learning effectiveness.
Curriculum & Learning Experience Design (for some engagements)
- Design end-to-end curricula, learning paths, and onboarding programs.
- Define learning architecture, sequencing, and progression aligned to operational and business goals.
- Conduct needs analysis, learner research, and journey mapping.
- Apply UX, accessibility, and human-centered design principles to learning solutions.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner with subject matter experts, program managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and refine content.
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Contribute to shared templates, standards, and scalable design practices across teams.
- Support iterative development using feedback, data, and performance insights.
Tools & Technologies (vary by assignment)
Depending on the team and initiative, you may work with tools such as:
- Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Camtasia, Vyond, Captivate, or similar tools
- LMS (including LEARN LMS) and digital learning platforms
- Collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, project management platforms)
- Visual or multimedia tools (Adobe suite, audio/video tools)
What We’re Looking For
Core Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or eLearning Development.
- Strong writing and content development skills.
- Proven ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience designing and/or developing digital learning.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and performance-based learning.
- Comfortable working independently and navigating evolving requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Nice to Have (varies by role)
- Experience designing curricula or learning programs from the ground up.
- Experience in large-scale, operational, or technical environments.
- Accessibility knowledge (WCAG / Section 508).
- Experience with data-informed or AI-enabled learning solutions.
- Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and scalable content practices.
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating learning design and development expertise
