Summary
The Manager of Network Development will lead partnership development efforts to build a national pipeline of healthcare systems, multi-site provider networks, and veterinary organizations for Penn Foster's externship programs. This role owns the end-to-end partnership lifecycle and will manage a small team of Externship Advocates to expand placement capacity.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute growth strategies for system-level partner contracting, manage the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting through renewal, and negotiate agreements with Legal. Lead operations and process design for externships while managing a small team focused on strategic partner placements and relationship management.
Skills & Tools: Required expertise includes partnerships, business development, contract negotiation, stakeholder management at executive level, and operational design. Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities and comfort working with enterprise teams, legal, and academic stakeholders are essential.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, network development, or enterprise client management, preferably in healthcare or education. Proven ability to build and manage external networks at scale with experience executing agreements and designing processes.
