About the Opportunity

As an intern supporting the Smart Plan & Award Delivery Team, you will work alongside delivery leaders, project managers, and consultants who help higher education institutions implement student financial planning solutions that directly impact student success. You will be exposed to how projects are planned, tracked, communicated, and governed across multiple institutions and teams.
You will be given the tools, coaching, and context needed to contribute to meaningful work β not just observe it. Our goal is for you to leave the program with hands-on experience in delivery operations, documentation governance, and cross-team collaboration in a SaaS implementation environment.
This is a high-impact role where your contributions will help ensure delivery processes are organized, consistent, and scalable across multiple projects and customers.
Where you will make an impact
- Assist the Smart Plan & Award Delivery Team with day-to-day project coordination and operational support
- Help maintain and update project tracking within Smartsheet to ensure accurate status visibility
- Support communication across project managers, consultants, and leadership to keep projects aligned
- Establish, document, and maintain best practices and governance standards to ensure consistency across delivery teams
- Review project artifacts for completeness, clarity, and adherence to standards
- Assist with preparing internal and customer-facing communications and meeting materials
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing priorities
- Identify opportunities to streamline delivery processes and improve team efficiency
- Help organize documentation libraries and ensure teams can easily locate the information they need
- Participate in internal team meetings to understand project lifecycle phases and implementation workflows
- Assist with reporting and metrics tracking related to delivery performance
- Candidates pursuing degrees in Computer Management Systems, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
