Summary
Lead strategic and operational initiatives to enhance grantmaking processes at NewSchools Venture Fund, a mission-driven nonprofit focused on K-12 education equity. Serve as the connective tissue between investment strategy and execution across teams.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Salesforce or CRM systems, grant operations and project management experience, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, equity-minded practices, and ability to convene and lead diverse working groups.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in grant operations, project management, or related nonprofit roles preferred. Demonstrated experience with process improvement, team enablement, and mission-driven work in education or similar sectors.
Location: Remote within the United States, with up to 10% travel required for team meetings, retreats, and conferences.
Compensation: $110,000 β $130,000 / annually
