We are seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy services to students ages 11-24 throughout California. As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will deliver high-quality care while collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success.

Key Benefits

Competitive Compensation:W-2:$55,000–$115,000 annual (bi-weekly standardized payment)
1099:$70–$85 per session (plus no-show & late-cancel pay)
Flexible Schedule:Set your hours Monday–Friday (3-8 PM) with optional weekends (9am-5pm)
Caseload Commitment:We ask you to commit to a caseload of25 sessions per week, with a target minimum of17 completed sessions per week(averaged over the course of the month) to maintain your base salary and full benefits package.

Role & Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
Build trusted relationships with students and families
Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers

Minimum caseload:Varies by employment type. W-2 full-time requires at least 25 time slots with a minimum of 17 completed sessions per week. 1099 contractors have a minimum of 5 sessions per week.
