Job Summary:
The Cisco Renewal Specialist is responsible for managing and driving the renewal of Cisco support, maintenance, and subscription contracts. This role works closely with sales, partners, and customers to ensure timely renewals, maximize retention, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities while delivering a smooth customer experience.
What you'll do:
- Manage the end-to-end Cisco renewal lifecycle for assigned accounts
- Proactively engage customers and partners ahead of contract expiration dates
- Prepare, quote, and process Cisco renewal contracts accurately and on time
- Collaborate with sales teams to align renewal strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with Cisco policies, pricing, and entitlement requirements
- Track renewals, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM and Cisco tools
- Resolve contract, pricing, and entitlement issues in coordination with Cisco and internal teams
- Maintain accurate customer, contract, and renewal data
- Meet or exceed renewal rate, retention, and revenue targets
What we expect of you:
- 2+ years of experience in renewals, sales operations, customer success, or contract management
- Hands-on experience with Cisco products, services, and renewal processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple renewals simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Cisco partners or distributors
- Knowledge of Cisco Smart Accounts, EA agreements, and subscription licensing
- Cisco or relevant industry certifications

Each of our roles is assigned a salary range that is informed by multiple sources of market data. We determine individual pay within a given range based on a candidate's prior experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. This approach allows us to offer competitive and equitable salaries that reflect the value and responsibilities of each role at CDW. Salaries are based on a 40-hour workweek, and paid on a bi-weekly payroll schedule.
Pay range: $ 70,000- $ 86, 400, depending on experience and skill set
