Summary
The Cisco Renewal Specialist manages the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for Cisco support, maintenance, and subscription contracts at CDW. This 12-month contract role drives customer retention and identifies growth opportunities while collaborating with sales and partners.
Skills & Tools: Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple renewals simultaneously, excellent communication and customer-facing skills, proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Excel, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in renewals, sales operations, customer success, or contract management with hands-on experience in Cisco products and renewal processes. Preferred qualifications include experience with Cisco partners/distributors, Smart Accounts, EA agreements, and relevant industry certifications.
Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Compensation: $70,000 β $86,400 / annually
