Job DetailsJob Location: Psychological Assessment - Lutz, FL 33549Job Summary: Primary responsibilities involve accurate selection of materials for customer and author orders, appropriate packaging of materials to safeguard materials during shipping and help ensure good condition upon receipt, and visual identification of low stock status on inventory items.

Essential Functions of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Daily Distribution Routines: Handles all daily routines in Distribution Center including printing shiplist, pulling pick summaries, printing invoices, checking orders, and accepting deliveries of products/supplies. Works closely with Customer Service Reps on all outgoing orders and to help answer questions about all products in catalog. Handles a majority of the packing of all outgoing orders. Identifies the proper shipping carriers according to the shiplist. Identifies the correct boxes for each shipment to protect the items. Keeps shipping tables cleaned and fully stocked with boxes and tape.
- Processes Outgoing Mail: Has the ability to go around to each department in the corporate office and pick up all the outgoing mail including going up and down stairs. Processes the mail on a postage machine and bills specific departments accordingly. Orders the boxes, shrink wrap, tapes, and everyday supplies, such as Fed Ex boxes, priority labels for USPS, and UPS supplies.
- Kit Assembly: Puts together all box and shrink-wrapped kits while following the packet list of products. Learns the locations of the kits and how to number them correctly with label gun.
- Maintenance Assistant: Works with the DC Manager on all repairs on the PAR campus including moving office furniture, changing light bulbs, and any lawn problems. Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned.QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities: Must be able to be certified as forklift operator. Must be able to differentiate between various products according to description on locator code and to select correct product according to customer order. Must have adequate reading skills to detect errors in printed materials. Must possess valid driver's license.
Education and Experience: High-school diploma (or equivalent). Needs working knowledge of computer and must possess basic keyboarding and navigation skills in a PC environment. Microsoft Office experience a plus.
Physical Requirements: Individual must be able to lift 50-pound packages to a height of five feet. Must be mobile, as majority of work is done in standing position.
