The opportunity
You will support our Marketing team on a variety of activities as we scale business operations and improve our processes.
Role responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and publish a consistent stream of blog articles, thought leadership pieces, and white papers that align with Cynuria’s expertise.
- Craft persuasive copy for marketing materials, including email campaigns, pitch decks, and landing pages to drive conversions and secure new opportunities.
- Manage the written voice of Cynuria across social platforms. This includes writing engaging posts and managing community interaction on platforms like LinkedIn and Wefunder.
- Develop compelling scripts for short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn) and long-form brand stories, ensuring a consistent tone of voice.
- Utilize Canva and other design tools to create social graphics and layout blog posts, ensuring the "look and feel" matches the quality of the writing.
- Ensure all internal and external communications adhere to Cynuria’s brand guidelines and tone.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., consulting staff, leadership) to gather information and ensure alignment of marketing content with broader business goals
- Organizing and storing marketing files as directed in the shared drive structure
- Actively participate in internal staff meetings, contributing ideas and taking notes to ensure efficient communication and project progress
- Daily use of Google Workspace
- marketing materials to maintain visual consistency across all of Cynuria’s content.
You add the following required skills and experience to our team:
- Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior.
- Demonstrate ability to write in different voices (e.g., professional blog posts vs. casual social media captions).
- Ability to design content using various visual content creation tools.
- Ability to take a rough idea or a technical transcript and turn it into a polished piece of content with minimal supervision.
- Ability to quickly get up to speed on complex topics (like AI or consulting) to write about them with authority.
- A "hawk-eye" for grammar, tone, and formatting.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and follow through on projects.

Work environment and physical demands of the job: Working remotely, all work is computer-based, including frequent video meetings. Core working hours are on Eastern Standard Time.
