Your Role: Bridging Technology and Education
As a Technical Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of marrying technological innovation with educational needs. Your mission is to create seamless, intuitive product experiences that resonate with students, teachers, and administrators alike. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team dedicated to developing market-leading teaching and learning solutions. Your work will impact millions, shaping how learners of all ages engage with educational content.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Senior Leadership to craft a compelling product vision and strategy for your product area.
- Engage directly with customers to understand and address their unique challenges and needs.
- Collaborate deeply with UX and Engineering teams to design, build, and refine our products.
- Empower Sales, Marketing and Support teams with tools and knowledge to bring your product to market.
- Take a hands-on approach, willing to tackle any job necessary to deliver successful products.
- Provide mentorship, fostering a culture of growth and learning within your team.
What We Look For
- A balanced passion for both technology and education.
- 2+ years of leading and delivering digital experiences.
- Demonstrated ability in building product vision and communicating it effectively.
- Experience in agile and/or lean development environments.
- Self starters with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to articulate ideas and decisions clearly.
- Self-motivation with a desire to make a significant impact.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet team members and stakeholders.
Bonus Points
- Background in Literacy education or educational technology.
- Prior experience in software engineering, product design, or software support.
- Familiarity with K-12 educational systems or edTech environments.

The pay range for this position is between $100,000 - $125,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
