- Promote and present workforce training solutions that employers can use to determine and address technical skill gaps within their current workforce.
- Work with the product/development roles, to specify, promote and present complete training solutions that can be deployed within customers and their education partners to close these skill gaps.
- Work with stakeholders throughout to identify and understand the market tendencies or disruptions and being able to react to those changes with the suitable solutions.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Generate pipeline of potential customers
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
Qualifications
• Experience in Sales
• Having 6 -7 years of industry experience (Corporate learning, Workforce development)
• Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• Ability to create and deliver presentations
• Fast learner and quick thinker
