Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through targeted outreach, including attending events, cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement.
- Engage with potential customers through the full sales cycle, starting with contacting leads, scheduling and delivering sales presentations, negotiating proposals, and introducing our customer success team upon closing.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and product offerings, including sales, marketing, customer success, and product development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in B2B SaaS Sales or equivalent, with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
- Must have an existing network of potential customers.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is comfortable with ambiguity.
- Demonstrates initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with high-change environments and able to adjust strategies on the fly.
- Willing to work non-conventional hours and attend events to build relationships and generate leads.
- Candidates must have a computer capable of remote work and a high-speed internet connection suitable for video conferencing. They must also be familiar with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Location and Work Hours
PETE is a remote-first organization with our roots firmly planted in Orlando, FL. While we embrace the flexibility and freedom of remote work, we also value in-person collaboration and connection. Our Orlando-based employees are required to have a once-weekly presence in our office space. This balance ensures that all team members can enjoy the best of both worlds, fostering a strong team dynamic while accommodating the varied needs of our staff.
