Position Expectations:
- This role will report to the Senior Vice Presidents.
- Collaborate with leaders of different departments and restaurant managers to identify operational training needs and develop effective training solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement training programs focused on areas such as food safety, guest services, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Utilize feedback and performance data to continuously improve training materials and methods.
- Conduct training sessions for team members, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across multiple locations.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by delivering orientation sessions and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and employee feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in learning & development.
- Experience in the Restaurant (Hospitality) industry preferred.
- Training Certification preferred.
- Bilingual, Spanish preferred.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and implement successful learning programs and initiatives.
- Instructional design experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to curate and facilitate L&D training.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time to corporate in Los Angeles and 7 other states.
- Position is in Los Angeles Corporate office. Hybrid and remote possible.
