What you will do:
Looking for an experienced and passionate learning professional who will work under the direction of the Director, Sr. Managers and Manager of Learning & Development. The Learning & Development Analyst is responsible for managing the Learning Management System including system updates, delivering staff training and support, metrics and reporting management. In addition, the role is responsible for the creation of custom eLearning content utilizing instructional design best practices, program logistical support, employee staff support, and overall support of project teams with company-wide training initiatives.
Attention to detail and ability to support large scale projects in their capacity as administrator
Demonstrated ability to work independently as a member of a high performing team in project driven environment
Provide daily objectives to the class, develop systems for productivity that motivate new personnel, and communicate any issues with Leadership to reach learning goals effectively.
Participate in ongoing training to remain current in understanding of system, process, and policy updates
Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Monitor employee performance and their response to training.
Participate in scheduled Team Meetings, and attend weekly general refreshers, and other TOps/BOps training to keep skills fresh and up to date.
Align with Leadership on live files and state assignments.
Identify opportunities for improvement based on industry best practices
Assist with reconciliation of monthly activity and generating monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
Developing and updating course curriculum

How you will grab our attention:
High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience
BA/AA strongly preferred
0-2 years experience
Real Estate Experience required
Highly adaptable and a clear-thinking problem solver
Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that an Instructor must possess
Possess the quality to make team members thrive, such as compassion, honesty, and integrity
Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
Willingness to keep up to date on new techniques in corporate teaching
Proficient in Google Apps (esp. Slides); e-learning software is an asset
Critical thinking and decision making
Ability to work remotely with no direct in-person supervision
Decision-making skills
Strong attention to detail

The total base pay for this position starts at $21.00 per hour and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training. Base pay is only one part of the total compensation package offered to employees in recognition of their hard work and is determined within a range to allow for growth and development within a role.
