Docebo LMS Administrator
We are seeking experienced Docebo LMS Administrators for upcoming remote work opportunities. Responsibilities will include managing and optimizing our client's Docebo LMS systems to deliver efficient and effective training solutions to meet their organizational goals.

Ideal candidates must have hands-on experience in Docebo LMS administration, and a passion for creating seamless learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- LMS Administration: Manage and maintain the Docebo LMS platform, including user management, course creation, and content upload.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and work with Docebo support as needed to resolve technical problems.
- Content Management: Upload, organize, and manage learning content, ensuring it is current, relevant, and easily accessible to users.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Docebo LMS to meet the specific needs of the organization, including the development of custom reports and dashboards.
- User Training: Train and support users on how to navigate and utilize Docebo LMS effectively, including the creation of user guides and training materials.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze Docebo LMS usage data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of training programs, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure Docebo LMS meets all compliance requirements and generate reports as needed for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Integration: Work with IT and other departments to integrate Docebo LMS with other systems and tools used within the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest LMS trends and features (specific to Docebo, and generally within the LMS realm), and implement enhancements to improve the overall learning experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Docebo LMS Administrator.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Docebo LMS functionality.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Experience with e-learning content creation tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) is a plus.
