Infopro Learning is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support one of our top clients!
Type: Contract
Duration: 1 Year + possible extension
Location: Hybrid (must be willing and able to work onsite at the client's Detroit, Michigan location 4 days per week and remotely 1 day per week)
Utilization: Full-time

The Technical Training Coordinator’s responsibility is to acquire and manage the delivery of technical training to the Engineering organization. The Technical Training Coordinator wears many hats including learning coordinator, project coordinator, systems administrator, data analyst, event planner, and marketer. This role is best suited for friendly, outgoing, organized, self-starters who are eager to learn and love a good challenge.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary point of contact for Engineering onboarding and technical training inquiries
- Provide input on Engineering onboarding best practices and suggest process improvements
- Develop and implement streamlined process workflows
- Track training program progress through data reporting and visualization and provide regular status updates
- Capture meeting minutes and organize program information
- Identify and resolve problems that arise during project/program development
- Upload training program content to Workday
- Research training vendors and present information to the Technical Training & Onboarding Program Manager
- Work with vendors to acquire necessary documentation for set-up and payment processing
- Assist technical experts in the development and recording of training classes
- Support program needs as defined by the Technical Training & Onboarding Program Manager
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Training Coordinator role or working in an administrative capacity in a Learning and Development department of a major corporation
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Workday experience preferred
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels and across time zones
- Experience with standard business tools such as spreadsheet software and presentation software
- Ability to generate reports for leadership using company databases
