IT Digital Workplace Administrator
As our Digital Workplace Administrator, you will manage and maintain our organization's digital workplace environment, including Microsoft 365. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation, security, and performance of our Microsoft 365 services, enabling seamless collaboration and productivity for our employees. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft 365 suite components, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and others, along with proficiency in managing Vonage Voice API as well as managing endpoint security with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. The base salary range for this role is $78- $110K Annually
**Candidates must be located within 60 miles of Greenville WI, Lombard IL, or Mansfield OH** Summary of Primary Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and other associated services.
- Manage endpoint devices such as Laptops, Desktops, and Mobile Devices using Microsoft Intune and Mac management tools for configuration, compliance, and security policies.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and licenses within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Implement and maintain endpoint security measures.
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing Microsoft 365-related issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
- Monitor Microsoft 365 performance, security, and availability, implementing optimizations as necessary.
- Develop and enforce policies for Microsoft 365 usage, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Advocate for and implement modern workplace solutions that support remote work, flexible workspaces, and collaborative technologies.
- Keep up to date with Microsoft 365 updates, features, and best practices, applying necessary changes to enhance productivity and security.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support integration and user adoption of Microsoft 365 services.
- Maintain thorough documentation of Microsoft 365 configurations, policies, and procedures.
Minimum Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years managing Microsoft 365 at an enterprise level.
- Proven experience in administering Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and related services.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features and best practices.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) integration with Microsoft 365, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Conditional Access policies.
- Proficiency in managing endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune for configuration, compliance, and security policies.
- Experience with Vonage Voice API for integrating Vonage VBC (Voice API for Business Communication) with Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 automation and management tasks.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and related technologies are preferred.
