About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Product Management to provide knowledge, guidance, and support focusing on the production of training certification courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Management, consulting, and a passion for training.
SweetRush is a remote organization and as such all resources must: be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, be comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and be generally available during established working hours.
The hourly Rate is negotiable.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with instructional and media designers and developers to create comprehensive Product Management training materials, including course outlines, scripts, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
- Consult in designing and development of interactive learning modules, videos, and simulations that effectively teach Product Management concepts and best practices to learners of varying skill levels.
- Review and provide feedback on existing Product Management training materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with industry standards.
- Conduct technical reviews of content to identify and address any errors or inconsistencies in the training materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Product Management and Artificial Intelligence technologies to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, instructional systems, instructional technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in consulting roles.
- A strong understanding of adult learning principles is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Deep knowledge of product management methodologies, best practices, and industry trends.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or professional development setting is preferred.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Must be available to work during US time zones business hours.
Bonus Skills:
- Programming skills and functional knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Good understanding of software development processes, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), and SDLC and ability to use Agile PM platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Good understanding of data analytics and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping software (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud)
- Prior experience in consulting on Product Management and eLearning production projects is a plus.
